Q:Why don’t provide your test certificate for each product?

A: The test certificate will be provide only if you need to have the testing. But we can provide the test certificate for some of spare parts like mechanism, caster,gas lift and so on.Also when we say the goods can pass some due certificate,That means the quality is enough to meet with the requirement of testing rules If you need to get a certificate for products.

First you need to pay the testing money,then we will send the goods to test service company.

Inspection:

We have our own QC department in the factory to ensure all our products are with very good quality before delivery to our customers.
Quality Control:

Before the order to be confirmed, we'd like to check the material and color of leather/metal by sample, which should be same as mass production.
We will be controlling strictly products'quality of antique wooden chair in the different processes of production from the beginning.
Every chair/table's quality should be inspected before package.
Before delivery, clients could send their QC or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.

 

Warranty & After-service

Usually Our warranty period  is 1 year. If the product is damaged (not man-made damage) quality problems or accessory problems, we will refund you new products or accessories in the next order.
